What do I need if my Oklahoma license is over 30 days expired?
Effective November 1, 2013, if your license is expired you have up to one year to renew without having to show a birth certificate. After one year, it can be renewed with an original state-issued Birth Certificate only (no photocopies, citizen born abroad, hospital certificates or birth registrations). DPS can accept a Passport or any type of Birth Certificate. They are located at 28 E. Main in downtown Edmond
Do I have to retake my driver’s test?
If your license has not been expired for more than 3 years, or if your out of state license has expired you must retake your driving test at DPS.
