Renewal
Oklahoma State Issued IDs can be renewed up to a year early. Your choice of four or eight years will be added to the expiration date regardless of when you renew it. The cost for a renewal is $25 for four years or $50 for eight. And it’s free for those over 65.
Replacement
An identity document is now needed to replace any ID that as been lost. The cost for a replacement is $25. And it’s free for those over 65.
Update
If you are updating your address one proof of address is now needed. For name change, documentation is required. We need the marriage license, divorce decree, or court certified name change documents. Divorce decrees must state you are resuming your desired name. The cost for an update is $25. And it’s free for those over 65.
