Renewal
Oklahoma State Issued IDs can be renewed up to a year early. Your choice of four or eight years will be added to the expiration date regardless of when you renew it. The cost for a renewal is $25 for four years or $50 for eight. And it’s free for those over 65.
Replacement
We use facial recognition software and fingerprint identification to verify your identity so you don’t need to bring anything but yourself and if possible your old ID. The cost for a replacement is $25. And it’s free for those over 65.
Update
For change of address, no proof is required just an extra form you fill out here if you are remaining non-compliant. For name change, documentation is required. We need the marriage license, divorce decree, or court certified name change documents. Divorce decrees must state you are resuming your desired name. The cost for an update is $25. And it’s free for those over 65.
